Feta and cream cheese is a heavenly combination for those who don’t want the harsh feta flavours but like to mellow it down bit. In combination with the sweet honey and crunchy nuts and spices you are in for treat.

Whipped Feta Wreath w/ Honey

142 gr Philadelphia (with fine herbs and garlic)
142 gr of feta cheese
3 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp water

For the toppings (optional):
- ¼ cup honey
- walnuts or pistachios
- pomegranate seeds or dried cranberries
- chili flakes
- freshly cracked black pepper

For serving:
- toasted bread
- crackers


1. Add the feta, cream cheese, water and olive oil in a foodprocessor or blender and process/blend until smooth.

2. Scoop out the whipped feta cheese with a spoon onto a deep plate. Spread it out and make a well in the middle and pour in the honey.

3. Decorate the edges with crushed walnuts, pomegranate seeds, chili flakes and freshly cracked black pepper. Serve with crackers, toast or flatbread. Enjoy!
