Ingredients

NOTE: this recipe is good for two persons.

- 3 pak choi
- 1 tbsp garlic oil + chips
- little bit of water
- steamer, rack or wok

For the “drizzle”:
- soy sauce
- sesame oil
- sesame seeds
- salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash the pak choi in plenty of water, pat it dry and cut the bushes lengthwise.

  2. Then place the pak choi halves side by side on a plate, in a steamer, a rack or in a wok with little layer of water. Cover the steamer, rack or wok and steam the pak choi for 6-8 minutes.

  3. When the pak choi is done, drizzle it with some soy sauce, sesame oil and seeds. Season with salt & pepper if necessary. Serve the steamed pak choi with stir-fried meat, noodles, a bowl of rice or my Asian Style Lamb Chops.
