Rosé Jelly: perfect for parties and grown-ups!

Rosé Jelly (Vegan)

Ingredients

- 200 ml Rosé (I used Château Camparnaud), white wine or champagne
- 50 ml cold water
- 1½ tbsp white sugar
- ½ tsp Agar Agar powder
 

Instructions

1. In a saucepan mix the water, sugar and agar agar powder.

2. Boil the mixture gently until the agar agar has completely dissolved.

3. Add the rosé or your preferred boozie drink. Mix well.

4. Pour the mixture into your desired mold and let it chill in the fridge for an hour or overnight.

NOTE: this jelly melts quickly so be sure to consume it immediately.
