Oven Baked Chicken Wings w/ Parmesan & Garlic

Ingredients

- 300 gr wings (flat pieces and drums or what you prefer)- lemon juice- kitchen towel paper- 2 tbsp olive oil- 2 tsp onion powder- salt & pepper to tasteFor the garlic Parmesan butter- 4 tbsp butter (unsalted)
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)- 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese- 1 tbsp parsley (finely chopped)- chili flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200 C or 400 F.

  2. Wash your wings with a bit of lemon juice and pat them dry with some kitchen towel paper.

  3. Drizzle some olive oil and season them with some onion powder and salt & pepper to taste.

  4. Pop them in the oven and bake them for 40-45 minutes until they are golden brown and crispy. Turn them over halfway cooking time.

  5. In the final ten minutes of the cooking time prep your garlic Parmesan butter: melt the butter in the microwave and add all the ingredients. Mix well and toss it over the wings.

  6. Add some extra Parmesan cheese and some chili flakes for that extra punch and enjoy immediately!
