Oven Baked Chicken Wings w/ Parmesan & Garlic
- Prep: 10 min
- Total: 45 min
Meat
Ingredients
- 300 gr wings (flat pieces and drums or what you prefer)
- 2 garlic cloves (minced) - 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese - 1 tbsp parsley (finely chopped) - chili flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200 C or 400 F.
- Wash your wings with a bit of lemon juice and pat them dry with some kitchen towel paper.
- Drizzle some olive oil and season them with some onion powder and salt & pepper to taste.
- Pop them in the oven and bake them for 40-45 minutes until they are golden brown and crispy. Turn them over halfway cooking time.
- In the final ten minutes of the cooking time prep your garlic Parmesan butter: melt the butter in the microwave and add all the ingredients. Mix well and toss it over the wings.
- Add some extra Parmesan cheese and some chili flakes for that extra punch and enjoy immediately!
TIP: drizzle this butter over your popcorn and thank me later ;-)
