Mozzarella Waffles (Chaffles, Gluten-Free)

Delicious cheesy gluten-free waffles!
Now back to the waffles they are savory, perfect to use a as bun, tortilla or wrap (that is of you have a bigger waffle maker than mine). I enjoyed them with a fried egg, some sliced avo, cherry tomatoes and Parmesan cheese. They are light, have a fluffy texture and so easy to make! Try ‘em out ;-)

These are delicious when topped with a fried egg ;-)
