Easy Mango & Cherry Popsicles. Perfect snack to stay cool!

This delicious Mango and Cherry Popsicles is a healthy snack too cool off with on those hot days. They are full of antioxidants and so good for you! Creamy, loaded with flavour and easy to make - I promise!

Ingredients

NOTE: this recipe makes 8 mini popsicles which were made in SilikoMart molds.

- 250 gr of frozen mango
- 4 cherries (deseeded and shred into pieces)
- ¼ cup coconut milk (light)
- 1 tbsp of organic honey
- pinch of turmeric (optional)

Instructions

1. In a mixer add the mango, coconut milk, honey and pinch of turmeric. Mix until the mango is smooth and lump free.

2. Place a few pieces of cherry in each mold. Then add the mango mixture on top.

3. Put the mold in the freezer for 4 hours or overnight. Remove the popsicles and enjoy!

TIP: you can vary with the fruits such as strawberries, peaches, grapes or other fruits!
