Loaded Fries w/ Fire Chicken & Mozarella Cheese

  • Prep: 10 min
  • Total: 25 min

  • Meat

Ingredients

- 2 cups of fries (French Fries, I used oven)
- 1 chicken breast (cut into cubes)
- ½ white onion
- 1 tsp garlic paste or 1 clove of garlic (minced)
- 1 spring onion (finely sliced)
- 2 tsp of Buldak sauce (use as much as you can handle)
- 2 tbsp of ketchup
- 2 tbsp of oil
- 1½ tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp Pimenton (smoked pepper powder)
- ¼ cup Mozarella cheese
- sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place the fries in the oven or airfryer and cook them according to the package instructions.

  2. In the meantime prep your spicy chicken sauce. Add the garlic paste, Buldak sauce, ketchup, soy sauce, honey, Pimenton to a bowl and mix well.

  3. Then add the oil to a pan and cook your chicken (5-8 minutes on medium heat). Season with a bit of salt & pepper and add your sliced white onion. Cook this for 3-4 minutes and then add your sauce. Make sure the chicken is coated and lower the heat.

  4. Add some Mozarella cheese on top of the chicken and place the lid on top. Let the cheese melt (3-5 minutes). Remove the lid and slide the chicken over the cooked French Fries or place them on the side. Garnish with spring onions and sesame seeds. Serve with extra Buldak or mayo and enjoy!

    TIPS:
    - Serve this chicken over rice/noodles or in a bun!
-You can also use cheddar cheese or another white cheese.
