Green Wraps w/ Only 3 Ingredients

Ingredients

NOTE: This recipe makes 3 wraps.

- 1 ½ cup spinach leaves
- 1 cup patent flour (replace with gluten-free flour)
- ¾ cup cold water (or more)
- pinch of salt and/or garlic powder

- a blender
- oil for frying

For the filling:
- cream cheese or cheese spread
- chicken fillet slices or other (vegetarian) meat
- extra spinach or lettuce leaves

For the lunch box:
- mini cucumbers
- mini carrots
- strawberry
- crackers
- cheeses
- cooked egg

Instructions

  1. Place the spinach leaves, flour and water in a blender and blend into a smooth batter. Add extra water if necessary and season with some salt and/or garlic powder.

  2. Cook the wraps in some oil over medium heat (2 minutes on each side).

  3. Spread the cooled wraps with some cream cheese or a cheese spread. Then top them with some slices of chicken fillet and add some lettuce. Roll up the wrap and cut it into pieces.

  4. Fill the lunch box with the wraps, fruit, vegetables and crackers.

    TIP:
    - You can aso fill the green wraps with an omelette, some tuna salad or grilled/cooked (vegetarian) meat.
