Fruity Ice-Tea Without Sugar

Ingredients

NOTE: This recipe makes one drink.

- 1 ½ tbsp Hibiscus tea + 200 ml boiling water (make the tea from this and let it cool, can be sweetened with Stevia or honey)
- 4-6 frozen raspberries
- ice cubes
- sprig of mint as garnish

Instructions

  1. Brew the hibiscus tea first, let it steep and cool down.

  2. When the tea has cooled, we can make the drink. Add the mango puree first, followed by the ice cubes and frozen raspberries.

  3. End with the (sweetened, optional)! Hibiscus tea and garnish with a raspberry and a sprig of mint (garnish is optional). Serve immediately and enjoy!

    TIP:
    - Vary with different types of fruit and tea or add a sparkling soft drink, such as ginger beer, 7Up or Spa Rood.
