Flammkuchen w/ Smoked Salmon & Asparagus

Flammkuchen w/ Smoked Salmon & Asparagus

Ingredients
- 1 roll of Tante Fanny Flammkuchen dough (I used half of this dough so double the rest of the ingredients if you will use the whole dough)
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- 2-3 slices of smoked salmon
- 1 Mozarella
- 4 asparagus (sliced in half)
- 1 spring onion (finely sliced)
- garlic + onion powder to taste
- black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven (see package instructions).
2. Roll out the dough and drizzle some of the olive oil.
3. Slice the Mozarella and layer them over the dough. Then season it with some garlic + onion powder.
4. Add slices of salmon, followed by the asparagus (drizzle these with a bit of olive oil).
5. Pop it in the oven and watch it carefully.
6. When the Flammkuchen is cooked, sprinkle some spring onions over it and season with a bit of black pepper.
