Blue Boba Milk w/ Butterfly Pea Tea & Caramel

Ingredients
NOTE: This recipe makes 2 drinks.
- ½ cup black tea pearls* cooked according to the package instructions
- 4 tbsp caramel syrup (I used van Gilse syrup)
- 1 cup of icecubes or crushed ice
- 2 cups of (soy) milk
- 2 cups (dark) blue tea (7-10 flowers soaked for 10 minutes in 2 cups of hot water)
N.B. You can buy black tea pearls at the Asian Stores.
Instructions
- Cook the black tea pearls according to the package instructions and add the caramel syrup to it when it’s cooked.
- Then prepare the tea and let it cool off a bit.
- Assemble your drink and add the black tea pearls and caramel syrup, followed by the ice, (soy) milk and finish with the blue tea and enjoy!
