Blue Boba Milk w/ Butterfly Pea Tea & Caramel

Ingredients

NOTE: This recipe makes 2 drinks.

- ½ cup black tea pearls* cooked according to the package instructions
- 4 tbsp caramel syrup (I used van Gilse syrup)
- 1 cup of icecubes or crushed ice
- 2 cups of (soy) milk
- 2 cups (dark) blue tea (7-10 flowers soaked for 10 minutes in 2 cups of hot water)

N.B. You can buy black tea pearls at the Asian Stores.

Instructions

  1. Cook the black tea pearls according to the package instructions and add the caramel syrup to it when it’s cooked.

  2. Then prepare the tea and let it cool off a bit.

  3. Assemble your drink and add the black tea pearls and caramel syrup, followed by the ice, (soy) milk and finish with the blue tea and enjoy!
