Avocado Toast w/ Smoked Salmon

Ingredients

- 1 pack of Sockeye Salmon
- 2 slices of sourdough bread, toasted in the pan
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- 1 tsp Holy Guacamole herbs
- 1 avocado

For garnish:
- Holy Guacamole seasoning, optional
- cress, optional

Instructions

  1. Brush 2 slices of sourdough bread with olive oil and place them in pan over medium heat.

  2. Toast the slices for a few minutes on both sides and then set them aside.

  3. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese with the Holy Guacamole spices and cut the avocado into thin slices.

  4. Then spread the seasoned cream cheese generously over the toasted bread and cover it with the avocado and salmon slices.

  5. Garnish with extra Holy Guacamole herbs and cress

    TIP:
    - Serve the toast with a poached egg or replace the smoked salmon with vegetarian/meat toppings.
