Avocado Toast w/ Smoked Salmon

Avocado Toast w/ Smoked Salmon

Ingredients
- 1 pack of Sockeye Salmon
- 2 slices of sourdough bread, toasted in the pan
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- 1 tsp Holy Guacamole herbs
- 1 avocado
For garnish:
- Holy Guacamole seasoning, optional
- cress, optional
Instructions
- Brush 2 slices of sourdough bread with olive oil and place them in pan over medium heat.
- Toast the slices for a few minutes on both sides and then set them aside.
- In a bowl, mix the cream cheese with the Holy Guacamole spices and cut the avocado into thin slices.
- Then spread the seasoned cream cheese generously over the toasted bread and cover it with the avocado and salmon slices.
- Garnish with extra Holy Guacamole herbs and cress
TIP:
- Serve the toast with a poached egg or replace the smoked salmon with vegetarian/meat toppings.
