Asian Dipping Sauce

A delicious sauce for your dumplings, gyoza's or savoury pancakes!
Though I didn't invent the wheel when it comes to this Asian Dipping Sauce, I did want to share my quick go-to recipe with you all. I really enjoy this sauce in a lot of recipes and even use it as a marinade. In the picture I've had them with my latest addiction: Korean Pancakes (Pajeon), another yummy Asian recipe! Asian Dipping Sauce

Ingredients
- ½ cup of soy sauce (low sodium)
- 1 small garlic clove (grated)
- ¼ tsp ginger (grated)
- ¼ tsp of sesame oil
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 1 spring onion (finely chopped)
- red chili pepper (finely chopped, optional)
Instructions
1. Add the soy sauce in a bowl.
2. Grate the garlic and ginger. Then finely chop the spring onion and red chili pepper.
3. Add alle the ingredients to the bowl and mix well.
TIPS:
- Store this sauce in the fridge. It will keep well for a week.
- Use this sauce as a marination for your seafood or meat.
- Flavour your noodles or rice with this sauce.
