I think I’ve showed many fried rices on my Instagram, but haven’t documented one for you on my website. It’s really a shame because fried rice is one of those dishes I can eat any day of the week. Also, because you have a zillion delicious variaties and flavours. This one for example is flavoured with Chinese chicken sausages or Fa Chong and it’s truly a gamechanger when making egg fried rice!
