This recipe is inspired by my Mom’s recipe and it’s something she used to make for us on a Saturday. I woke up with those delicious smells and ate the eggs with leftover rice or a baguette. It was so good! 🥰 So, thanks Mom and I hope you enjoy it too!
Read MoreThese mussels are something different on your dinner table or on a serving board. The spicy Sriracha gives these mussels a real kick and the mayo + Panko makes them extra crunchy! Wanna make it less spicy for yourself or your kids, then vary with Ketchup or BBQ sauce.

This Hungarian Chicken Paprikash (not-authentic) is something you can have for 1 or 2 days and I promise you won't get bored of it! But as it was our first time there and the roads weren’t lit at night, we drove into a small town to ask for the way. Yet, before we got out there ya girl smelled some food and before you knew I was eating huevos rancheros on a bun. It was so good! Thank god for the food, because it got us home as well. As for this Huevos Rotos, it’s another warming dish with eggs and potatoes. I made it my way and used some white mushrooms and shallots. Try it out!

But before you use the fish, you must desalt it first, otherwise it cannot be eaten. You can do this by soaking or boiling it in water. This also makes it soft and easy to work with.
